Update: Meghan Markle did not do her own makeup for the royal wedding. Instead, the fire look was created by celebrity makeup artist (and longtime friend) Daniel Martin. The American actress turned real life princess (well, duchess), married Prince Harry looking absolutely radiant.  While it wasn't a surprising bridal look, it was very pretty — dare we say, she had the Markle Sparkle (har, har) — and very her. We couldn't get Martin on the phone (he must be busy doing touch-ups today), but we chatted with makeup artist Kasey Spickard to get his take on the look and some advice to recreate Meghan Markle's wedding makeup at home. Blushing Bride "We all know Meghan loves a warm peachy blush and is a die-hard NARS Orgasm blush fan," says Spickard. "NYX Cosmetics Baked Blush in Foreplay gives you the right amount of warmth and glow. Apply to the apples of the cheeks and blend up the cheekbone."All About the Eyes"Meghan typically stays neutral with the eye but builds dimension and depth with taupes and warm browns," says Spickard. And her wedding makeup was right in line with her go-to look — just amped up a bit. "You can't go wrong with the classic Naked Ultimate Basics Palette by Urban Decay. Use the taupe shade Tempted on the outer corner blending into the crease. Warm up the crease with the shade Faith. Tap a bit of the darker shade Lookout into the outer corner."Lash Queen (er, Duchess) Meghan Markle's royal wedding makeup look was all about lashes. "Try a volumizing mascara like Maybelline Falsies to give you beautiful full lashes like Meghan!" says Spikcard. (Though we bet there were some lash extensions involved — they're a wedding must.)  #MeghanMarkle is GLOWING on her wedding day with a fresh, subtle look. And can we talk about that tiara???? 😍 More details on Meghan’s #bridalbeauty look at the link in our bio (@gettyimages)A post shared by POPSUGAR Beauty (@popsugarbeauty) on May 19, 2018 at 4:47am PDT
