Among my many beloved eyeshadow palettes sitting in a basket on my makeup vanity is my poor, beat-up Urban Decay Naked3 palette. My mom gifted me the palette when I was in high school and a lot less aware about how to use eyeshadow — let alone how to apply the right smoky eye for my eye shape or to make the green in my hazel eyes stand out. Flash forward to present day, and this palette is still a staple in my makeup collection — even though the shades “Limit” and “Liar” are practically depleted.
