The ‘90s called — they’re jealous that we’ve been stealing from their makeup repertoire. And we’re here to say that we’re guilty as charged. There’s definitely something about ‘90s makeup and style that feels very fall — especially when it includes a sultry smoky crease and bold lip.  “This look is about recreating that classic ‘90s smoky eye,” says L’Oréal makeup expert and educator Gabriel Almodovar. “I wanted to utilize all three of the IT Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Trio in Pearl Luxe, so I used the lightest shade as the eyeshadow base — and then I used the matte brown on the actual eyelid, and a mix of the brown and the beige shimmer to soften that edge and create more of a smokey finish.” Almodovar then smudged brown liner into the upper and lower lash liner to complete the look, and filled in the brows with the Maybelline Eyestudio Brow Drama Pro Palette.For the bold lip, Almodovar used Urban Decay Comfort Matte in Lovedrunk for a crisp red lip. His trick to keep the lipstick from fading during the day?
