Holiday Eye Makeup Doesn’t Get Much Cooler Than This Red Wing

STEP 1: Start by defining your brows withL’Oréal Paris Unbelievabrow Gel and an angled brush.

STEP 2: Next, place two pieces of tape along your eye: one that follows the natural line of your outer corner and one that wings out across your brow to create a triangle.
