Hear me out: There’s nothing more annoying than working conditioner through hair. Not only do I end up tugging on my hair, but I also end up with shedding clumps. When I tell you that this product completely solved my issues, I promise I’m not exaggerating. 

After shampooing with the Matrix Total Results So Silver Shampoo and rinsing, I rung out any excess water with my hands. My hair was tangled and knotty, so I knew I would be giving this product a run for its money. The directions on the bottle instructed me to use anywhere from 10mL to 20mL (or one to two dashes) of product. I twisted the nozzle open and started to apply the product in zig-zag motions from the mid-lengths of my hair to the tips. I worked in sections until my hair was coated. 

As I massaged the ultra-lightweight liquid into my hair, I felt my knots disappear. I didn’t have to run my fingers through my hair either, instead, I  just worked the product in with my palms. My hair started to feel silky smooth in no time at all. I rinsed the treatment out after around eight seconds and was shocked by how tangle-free my hair was— even before conditioning. 

While I loved the product from the moment I tested it, I couldn’t wait to see if it would really give my hair a shiny finish once styled. After letting my hair air dry 80% of the way, I gave myself a DIY blowout and added a few curls with my go-to Sultra Bombshell Collection Curling Rod. When I looked in the mirror, my hair was the shiniest I’ve ever seen itI’m truly obsessed with this product.
