When it comes to deciding whether to go for a cream or powder formula, the choice is in the hands of the artist — but combining products make this a lot easier. “When it comes to highlighter, I’m much more of a cream advocate, but powder tends to have a lot more staying power, especially if you lean towards oily skin,” says Makeup Artist and Beauty Director at Sephora, David Razzano.
