Summer makeup looks are some of our faves because they often entail dewy, glowy skin, glossy lips and lots and lots of highlighter. This makeup looks good on virtually everyone (yes, oily skin babes, you too) and is pretty easy to do. We also love to add a little drama to our summer beat, especially for evening happy hours and the like, so we’ve enlisted the help of M Crowd influencer Madison who slays a summer smoky eye in the tutorial, ahead:

STEP 1: This look is all about the eyes, so start with a summery palette like NYX Away We Glow Palette in Love Beam. Starting with the matte medium cool brown shade, pop it into the crease and blend. Next, apply the metallic gunmetal plum shade to the outer V of the eye before applying all over.

STEP 2: Next, create a thick black wing to add drama to the eye.

STEP 3: Then, apply Maybelline Volum’ Express The Falsies Mascara to the eye. The fibers in the formula extend the lashes without the need for falsies!

STEP 4: Apply a glowy foundation like L’Oréal Paris Infallible Pro Glow Foundation all over the skin. Use a brush or beauty sponge for a flawless finish.
