This Starry Night Inspired Eye Makeup Tutorial Is a Must Try

Create Your Halo

Starting from the inner corner of your eye, draw a halo around your eye with a dark purple color.  Stretch it across the outer crease and connecting it to the outer corner of your eye. Color the Lid

Add Glitter and Definition

Finish With Starry Night Art, Lashes and Pearls
