We’ve already raved about how much we love this product, so we had to of course put it at the top of our lip mousse list. The new Lo-Fi lip mousse from Urban Decay does just what it promises: stains the lips gently with powerful pigment but allows them to remain super soft and powdery (in a nice way).

If you’re looking for a cloud-like product to apply on your lips, the NYX Professional Makeup Powder Puff Lippie was made for you. It’s super soft to the touch and does an excellent job as providing a ton of color with a small amount of product. Plus, the cushion applicator has us smiling with every application — it’s seriously that soft!
Baby Doll Kiss + Blush by YSL is another mousse favorite — and we love how this product can be used not just on the lips, but on the cheeks, as well. It comes in a myriad of colors (everything from pinks to oranges to berries and transparent), and it looks beautiful on every skin tone.
