This year, try this melting skull makeup look created by Instagram and YouTube star, Desi Perkins.  Perkins created a full-face Halloween idea that is a captivating combination of glam meets gore. The look features Perkins with skull makeup on one side of her face and full beat on the other. Since its debut, it's proven to be a recurring fan-favorite in the beauty community because of the trippy melting effect that makes it look like her real skin is melting off, unveiling a skeletal figure behind. Keep reading to find out how she created the famous melting skull.   Let’s dive into the glam side of her face, which is a cool-toned smoky eye with a bold winged liner. To begin, Perkins primes her eyelids to prepare for the smokey eyeshadows.
