Beauty vlogger and makeup artist Hannah Lyne was the first to coin the term “halo brows.” According to her first Instagram post sporting the look, Lyne and a friend were talking about the fishtail brow trend when they ended up coming up with the new brow look. In the photo, Lyne wears Sleek Makeup Vitality FoundationSosu by Suzanne Jackson Primark Dubai Lashes and NYX Professional Makeup Tame and Frame Brow Pomade to bring the halo brow to life. The makeup artist’s brows curve upwards in a at the end of her real brow to create a circular, halo-effect that wraps around to meet the end of her other brow. As our friends at POPSUGAR Beauty reported, the halo brow is also essentially a reverse unibrow. No matter which way you see it, we know you probably have mixed feelings — just know that you’re not alone.
