Get the '70s Glam Daytime Disco Makeup Look From the Tommy Hilfiger x Zendaya NYFW Show

It’s official — we think we found all the inspiration we need for our fall beauty aesthetic  thanks to the deep brown lip, smoky eye, natural brows and full lashes from the TommyNow Tommy x Zendaya FW19 collection at New York Fashion Week. The look, in addition to the vintage-inspired set and collection transported us back to the ‘70s, and Lancôme artist Sir John drew inspiration for the makeup from the iconic Bianca Jagger and Jerry Hall. 

“It’s a modern version of ‘70s glam,” said Sir John in a press release. “There’s an ease to the makeup — it’s daytime disco,” complete with a matte brown lip and shimmery halo eye that Sir John promises “flatters everyone.”

Ahead, we walk you through a step-by-step tutorial to achieve the glam, ‘70s beat. 

STEP 1: Your Base Makeup

Using Lancôme Skin Feels Good Hydrating Skin Tint SPF 23, give yourself light, luminous coverage. With a damp sponge, apply Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra 24H Long Wear Foundation to your T-zone for more coverage and Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage Concealer where needed.

STEP 2: Warm Up Your Cheeks

Warm your cheeks with Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge in Rose Lancôme or Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Ruby Cream Lipstick in Bad Blood and Coeur De Rubis (yes those are lipsticks!). Simply use your fingertips to smudge the product onto your apples. Then, drape Lancôme Blush Subtil in French Blush, Absolutely Happy, Smile & Blush or Rose Liberté over your cheeks and temples.

STEP 3: Sculpt and Highlight

Using Lancôme Star Bronzer, add a touch of natural definition to the hollows of your cheeks, forehead and jawline. Highlight along the tops of your cheekbones with Lancôme Dual Finish Highlighter in Dazzling Bronze, Radiant Rose Gold, Sparkling Pêche, and Luminous Gold.

STEP 4: Curb Any Shine

Eliminate any excess shine in the T-zone using a light dusting of Lancôme Absolue Powder.

STEP 5: Create a Smoky Eye

Trace along your waterline and top lash line with Lancôme Le Stylo Waterproof in Noir and smudge Lancôme Le Stylo Waterproof in Chocolat across the lower lash line. Define the crease and outer corners of the eyes with Lancôme Color Design Mono Eye Shadow in Henna and Embers. From the Lancôme Hypnôse Palette in Bois Corail, use the antique gold shade to light up the center of the lid.

STEP 6: Full Lashes and Strong Brows

Finish off the eyes with a coat of Lancôme Monsieur Big Mascara in Black to your top and bottom lashes. Moving on to your eyebrows, fill in and strengthen the arches with Lancôme Brow Define Pencil.

STEP 7: Your Perfect Pout

Using Lancôme Le Stylo Waterproof Long Lasting Eyeliner in Cafe Noir for depth, fill in your lips and layer Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Ruby Cream Lipstick in Queen Ruby on top for richness.
